I love this pre workout! It is my new favorite, such great focus.
I use this when I get to work as my morning "coffee" if I had a slow morning. Or if I lose motivation to work, I drink it then, and it gets me right back to where I need to be. The energy and focus is great. The added benefit of helping me hit my protein goal makes this an overly great product. WIll be buying again when back in stock.

I had given this 4 stars a little too early, I have been using this product consistently lately and have noticed that I am getting more deep sleep than I have prior. I track my sleep with my Fitbit and my usual deep sleep usually averages under 30 minutes a night, with this product, I have been getting closer to 60 minutes.

I enjoy the taste of this product but I’m not totally convinced that that it helps me sleep any better. But I do have very little deep sleep most nights, I was hoping this would help, but my sleep hasn’t changed..but I do enjoy the flavor and it mixes pretty well
